Welcome to Vently (“Vently,” “we,” ”us” or “our”)! Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully as they govern your use of the Vently platform, website, applications, and any related services (collectively, “Services”).

By accessing or using Vently's Services, you are agreeing to these Terms, including our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the Services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

• You agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
• You are at least 18 years old or using the Services under supervision.
• You are legally allowed to use the Services in your jurisdiction.
• You have the authority to accept these Terms on behalf of an entity, if applicable.

2. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Services means you accept the new Terms. We'll update the 'Last Updated' date when changes are made.

3. Our Services

We do not create or own the events. We provide tools for organizers to promote and manage events. Payment is processed by third parties. We operate from the U.S., and you are responsible for local compliance.

4. Third Party Services

We integrate with third-party platforms. Your use of those is subject to their terms. We don't endorse or control third-party content or services.

5. Privacy & Cookies

We collect and handle data per our Privacy Policy. Cookies and tracking tools help us understand user behavior and improve the Service.

6. Account Usage

You are responsible for your account security and accurate information. You must not share credentials or misuse the Services. We may suspend or terminate your account for violations.

7. User Content & Licenses

You retain ownership of your content but grant Vently a license to use, display, and distribute it. You must have the rights to the content you post.

8. DMCA Policy

Submit copyright claims to legal@vently.com. We may remove content or suspend users for repeated infringement.

9. Release & Indemnification

You release Vently from disputes with third parties. You agree to indemnify us from claims related to your use, events, or content, except for our gross negligence.

10. Disclaimers & Risks

Use the Services at your own risk. We don't guarantee event quality, accuracy, or safety. Some events have inherent risks; by attending, you assume them.

11. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect damages. Total liability is capped at the greater of $100 or your payments to us in the past 6 months.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by California law. All disputes must be resolved in California courts within 1 year of the incident.
