Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Vently, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

Vently is an application-based membership community. You must provide accurate information and maintain account security. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, fraud, abuse, or legal risk.

3. Membership and Purchases

Access may require approval and, in some cases, paid membership. Fees, billing terms, and renewal terms are disclosed at purchase. Purchases made through app marketplaces are subject to their billing policies.

4. Community Conduct

You agree not to engage in harassment, discrimination, fraud, spam, unauthorized solicitation, or any activity that harms members, events, or platform security. We may investigate and take enforcement action at our discretion.

5. Events and Content

Event details, capacity, pricing, and eligibility may change. Your content remains yours, but you grant Vently a license to host and display it for service operation. You are responsible for content you submit.

6. Disclaimers and Liability

Vently is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and limit liability for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

7. SMS Program Terms

If you opt in to receive SMS messages from Vently, you agree to the Vently messaging program. Vently sends text messages about membership status, upcoming events, RSVPs, account support, and other service-related updates. Message frequency varies based on your activity and membership status. Reply HELP for help and reply STOP to end. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your information in connection with the messaging program.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
